For nearly seventy years bielomatik, a privately held German company, has been building machines for a wide range of industries. 15 years ago bielomatik saw the potential for RFID smart labels, smart tickets, smart cards, smart hang tags, and smart packaging. Bielomatik responded by developing an entire machine product line which includes converting machines and encoding machines capable of meeting and often exceeding the expectations of worldwide label/ticket/card converters.

Our entry-level SmartOne machine enables a converter to take rolls of die-cut labels from the printing press and via a "delaminate, insert, then relaminate" feature, place wet inlays between the label and the liner. This would be a machine which compliments an existing label manufacturing process as opposed to changing the current operations.

We also offer more elaborate machines with additional unwinds, rewinds, die-cutters, hotmelt glue units, etc. for increased flexibility. Whether entry level machines or machines with "all the bells and whistles" are being considered, the common denominator among all of bielomatik's models is the ability to provide the most reliable RFID products with the highest output.

With increasing requests for Service Bureau machines which require the ability to encode/personalize RFID products, bielomatik has developed the SmartTwo machine. The SmartTwo offers the ability to personalize in the following ways:

1.) Number from a data base to chip
2.) 1D barcode to chip
3.) Data matrix or 2D barcode to chip

The SmartTwo also has the ability to acommodate special requests such as adding injet or laser color with drying units.
