EM4124 - EPC Gen2 RFID IC EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO 18000-6C / ISO 18000-6D (TOTAL) RFID IC
EM4126 18000-63 EPCTM Class-1 Generation-2 (Gen2) RFID IC EM4126 is a UHF RFID IC compliant with both ISO/IEC 18000-63 (formerly known as 18000-6 Type C) and EPCTM Class-1 Generation-2. The EM4126 has 224 bits of non-volatile memory (16 bit PC Word and 208 bit UII/EPC Code) enabling the support of ISO or EPC data structures. EM4126 achieves a typical read sensitivity of -19 dBm at the chip level, which translates into a typical -21 dBm sensitivity at the tag level for a dipole-like antenna with 2 dBi gain (25us TARI, 250 kHz BLF).
EM4233 - 2k bit Read/Write High Security ISO15693 RFID IC The EM4233 is a long range passive CMOS integrated circuit intended for use in applications requiring a contactless read/write memory offering a high and tailored level of security. The configurable 2k bit EEPROM memory included in the chip is organized in 64 words of 32 bits. The high level of flexibility in the memory management permits that a memory word can be read/write protected and/or locked separately.
EM4237 2kb Secure ISO/IEC 15693 Standard-Compliant Device The EM4237 is an ISO/IEC 15693 compliant, long range passive contactless tag IC. It has 2kb EEPROM with security based on the Grain 128A crypto algorithm. This is the first ISO/IEC 15693 compliant device offering an optional full encryption of the RF communication channel (called Secure Messaging), an optional MAC (Message Authentication Code) and an optional Random ID Number.

EM Microelectronic Announces High Sensitivity, SGTIN-198 Compliant EPC™ Gen2 RFID
EM has introduced the EM4126 EPC Gen2 RFID IC, intended for use in RFID tags for jewelry, cosmetics and other small and/or high value products. The EM4126's high sensitivity allows for longer read ranges, even for smaller jewelry-type labels. EM4126-based tags can achieve read sensitivities of -21dBm. The EM4126's 224 bits of memory is nearly twice that of competitive products, and enables SGTIN-198 encoding of up to 20 alphanumeric characters for serialization.
