DETAILS ON THIS JOB OPENING:


RMS Omega is looking for the right candidate to join our growing sales team. We are currently looking for someone who is comfortable in an outside sales position and working remotely. You must be successful at developing leads, cold calling, networking and making face-to-face sales presentations, as well as maintaining an existing customer base. Candidates are required to provide excellent customer support and exceed customer expectations.


Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and cultivate relationships with potential clients and manufacturers
- Work internally to meet the needs of clients
- Sell hardware, software, and services to customers, so that his/her performance exceeds quota
- Attend and actively participate in all training and sales meetings

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Skill Requirements:

- Technology sales experience preferred
- One year of outside sales experience required
- Proven track record with one-plus years in the auto ID industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM Systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and speaking skills
- RF Experience in 802.11a/b/g/n
- A base knowledge of networks and how they work
- Top performer that exceeds annual quota
- An individual that is “self-motivated” and can work with limited supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- RFID experience a plus
