the Infant and mother ‘s wristband has active long range RFID tag, and guarantee that once the infant wristband to be worn, removing its active tag with non-authorized the system will send alarm information .wristband with waterproof and  moisture-proof.     The active RFID of infant uses to identify their scope of activities, using handheld reader to identify the relationship between mother and infant intuitionist with short range inspection of infant and mother.
